Harley Davidson FXRT Fairings for Sale
We're getting so much attention for the Harley FXRT fairings on another of our pages (the police FXRP) that we figured we probably should go ahead and put together a page just for the Harley FXRT fairings!
FXRT fairings are for the Harley Sport Glide motorcycle, which of course you know if you are actually looking for a replacement fairing for this motocycle, right? What you might have also guessed is that because the FXRT shares the same initials as a sister motorcycle, the Super Glide, that the Sport Glide is probably quite close to being the same motorcycle.

Well, you would be right! The Harley FXRT fairing is actually one of the few parts of this motorcycle that does make the FXRT different from the FXR Glide, and if you stretch your mind just enough and realize that the saddlebags are also the only true change from motorcycle to motorcycle, it's really just the complete FXRT fairing package that makes a difference in the two motorcycles.
So, why not just go without the fairing and ride the Sport Glide as somewhat naked? You could of course, but not having the fairing (or saddlebags for that matter) gives the owner a lot less opportunity to use the motorcycle as a touring motorcycle. The FXRT Sport Glide is meant to take the aggressiveness of Harley and put it in a more comfortable motorcycle with the conveniences of storage and rider comfort that other touring bikes have.

You also have the convenience of a radio, conveniently located speakers, and usually the ability to redirect the airflow in the direction you want (or don't want in cold conditions). In my own personal opinion, though, having a full fairing and a windscreen with more coverage just makes the Harley Davidson FXRT fairing kit a better option for all around good motorcycle enjoyment!

Harley FXRT Motorcycle Fairing Colors
Harley FXRT motorcycles were available in the colors of black, blue, red, and silver. The most popular was the black with red pinstripes which was available in the mid '90's.
